Applied for position, was reached out to the next day with a phone interview with recruiter. Interview went exceptionally well, with them saying they would reach out with an email on the second interview and then an in person would follow. They didn't even reach back out, ignored my thank you email and then I had to call to find out I didn't meet their qualification.
