I got the interview call from an recruitment. She(Nandinee, Sapphire Manpower Consultancy) clearly mentioned and told my salary expectation to SSI people initially while sharing my profile to them and they were ready to proceed the interview. There were total 2-3 rounds. Got selected in first round of basic aptitude round or domain skill test. In second round they given me 3 assignments(2 design and 1 HTML) to complete in just 6 hours. I gave my 100% and completed two assignments properly and approximately 75% completed 3rd one. They wanted me to come their office and do again 3rd (HTML) assignment. I gone there and completed that too and got selected in 2nd round. Now 3rd round comes to discuss about the salary and joining. But in this round they rejected me by saying that they can't pay me as i expected, they're not willing to pay this much salary bracket. I wanna ask to SSI people, why did you took the interview when you were not able to pay? Here is my suggestion all the interview candidates specially who's going for "Designer Profile", Don't go man, you're gonna waste your time and effort.

I went for interview recently. I don't think they are interviewing for the actual opening they are creating profiles for their JobMa portal, all the things fake they called candidates just to increase their database on JobMa they asked to register on JobMa and start creating profile through video. first you go there and they give you an task to perform in task you need to design ads using photoshop just for formality after that they asked will ask you to come to the cabin and register on JobMa and create video CV. Design task was fake, they want you to make Video CV for JobMa portal, The promises was fake and very unprofessional behavior by staff. Please guys don't waste candidates time and money, they take urgent leave to attend the interview and come with some hopes.
