short and not lenghty was called in twice but questions were very straight forward, looking forp passionate people who can actually work in a non profit, as they are working towards a cause you must make sure to relay your motivations to work for anon profit business

Two step interview with HR department and direct supervisor. Basic questions, friendly atomosphere. Intial prescreen interview on the phone prior to in person interview. HR asks typical interview questions and the department will ask more detailed questions about your background and skills.
