Aplique online y me contactaron para tener una primera entrevista con la persona de recursos humanos. Esta tuvo lugar a traves de un meeting online a la hora y fecha acordadas.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Semrush (Ardmore, PA) in Oct 2021
Interview
I was contacted by an hr representative through LinkedIn. First round was a phone interview that was standard enough and interviewer was really nice. 2nd round was a strange experience with the manager and team lead together. The team lead seemed really nice and easygoing but the manager gave off the impression that he was not so excited to be there. It was scheduled for 45 minutes yet when I got started they said it would be a full hour. The manager just fired away question after question that felt more like an interrogation than an interview. (I’ve had MANY job interviews prior so I’m not naive to the process) He also openly admitted there wasn’t much room for growth and that if I got the job I’d get experience to leave the company and work at another marketing firm. All in all so many red flags and realized half way in I wouldn’t take the job if accepted.
