I applied online and soon after received an enthusiastic email asking for my availability for an initial video interview. It was scheduled for a couple of day later. 5 minutes before the interview I got a very apologetic email cancelling the interview and stating they would be contacting me soon to reschedule. I never heard back, even after two follow-up emails. Very unprofessional. I have heard similar stories from others.
