Nothing at all is mentioned about loving what you do or your passion to work with seniors just a lot of metrics focus. The individuals that I interviewed with were very kind. I was disappointed to not have heard what brought any of them to the Senior Living field. I left the interview feeling like residents are just numbers to this company. You will have several unnecessary interviews so if you need a job be aware that they take way too long to hire.
