Easy process to apply online. SCEMS tends to be a revolving door for those in the core side so the interview is pretty easy if your a friendly, competent EMT.
They will give you a basic interview with questions like "why EMS?" Or "why scems?". They will also ask you about scenarios and give you a simple physical assessment.
It was straightforward and it didn't feel intimidating. It was more like a conversation than a hard interview. They just asked basic questions. Everyone was super nice. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Easy, quick, generic interview questions. I applied and received an interview offer very quickly. The interviewer was a base manager and he was very chill and easy-going. It felt more like a casual conversation than an official interview.
