Interview process has changed now for the better. When I was interviewed in 2016, there was a lot of favoritism shown and if you knew someone who worked there, you got the job. Interview lasted like 30 minutes and I was asked a few common questions (Strengths, Weaknesses, etc..)

The recruiter was excellent at answering all of my questions throughout the process. She did a great job of communicating both through email and phone calls. The in-person interview was comfortable and I was able to have a shadow day to be sure it would be a good fit for me.
