A little too busy. Ultimately the interview went well but I didn't overlook that they did reiterate their expectations on staff returning to school to further their education. That and a peer I know being let go from Sentara because she didn't advance from RN to BSN made me pretty confident they weren't going to be a good fit. I'm ok with being an LPN and they should be also.
