I found everyone to be friendly except for the HR Director. She never introduced herself and didn't make small talk on the way to her office. I got there early and I had to wait 30 minutes. She didn't seem prepared as she kept re-wording her questions. The interview was about 20 minutes or so and she didn't say a word as she walked me out. The best part was asking why I wanted to leave my company and then was almost trying to talk me out of leaving there. Huh?

Question 1
What can we do in order for you to be a good employee?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sentinel (Downers Grove, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online - I was called by a recruiter. I did some quick tests, typing and proofreading. I had an interview with the manager which was fine. I waited for about AN HOUR to meet with the head of HR. She didn't seem interested to speak with me and wasn't very prepared for the interview. She didn't look at my resume at all before the interview. I don't really even think she considered me for the role at all yet made me wait an hour in the reception lobby. Months passed and I never even got an email saying that the position was filled. It was really unprofessional.
