Interview
Completed the computer/video interview and heard crickets. Tried to follow up with the hiring manager and heard crickets. Received a generic rejection email. Later heard from a different HR person and continued with the interview process (despite previously having received a rejection notice - FYI - this position was a step down, so was not for lack of qualification). Completed telephone interview with multiple members of management. Later received the same exact generic rejection EMAIL - stating they filled the position with a different candidate. Not only was their reasoning inaccurate (and - again...generic) because the open position is STILL listed on their webpage, but their medium was completely unprofessional. After having been through interviews with management, a phone call is warranted - not a cowardly and impersonal email. I did follow up for feedback, but - shocker - heard nothing. Back to crickets from them.
