Sephora Associate Producer interview questions

I hate to give a negative rating because I have heard many great things about Sephora; however my experience with their recruiter was not good. It was very difficult to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. I provided my availability and did not hear back for over a week so I followed up. Once we landed on a date and time, the recruiter never called me (this happened twice). I ended up calling them for the phone interview, it seemed to have gone well, they requested my availability to speak with the hiring manager but a couple days later (after following up) I received an automatic email noting they passed on my resume. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I expected better or at least for it to be more professional.
