Interview
It's usually a 4-step process beginning with a phone interview, followed by a group interview, a one-on-one interview and ending with a demo before the job is offered. They aim to have a woman present if one of the elevated staff conducting the interview is a male.

Question 1
What was the most difficult aspect of your last job?
Interview process was very straightforward with follow up calls and scheduling happening very consistently and within a couple of weeks. The questions felt client - oriented and applicable to the role.
I was given a single interview with very basic questions. I have seen the store give group interviews so be prepared for that. So long as you sound confident, show passion, and practice giving answers to basic questions and prepare to give examples in situations related to customer service, you're doing better than most.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Why you want to work here? Strengths and Weaknesses.
It was a group interview and it had like 8 people. We went around in circles. The person interviewing was sweet. It did not have anything to do with makeup but a lot to do with customer service
