I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Kelowna, BC)
Interview
If you have the option, do not apply! I did 3 interviews (a phone one, one with the manager, and a demo with another manager ) and they seemed to have really liked it but it has been ONE WEEK and nobody called me yet. The pay is so low for all the long process (2.5 hours interviewing and 3 weeks waiting for the first call) and the pressure that they put on you. It is so unprofessional.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Describe a time you disagreed with a feedback you received.
The interview was held as a group interview where we all took turns answering questions. A couple STAR questions (describe me a time you handled this, resulting in this), and a couple personality based questions.

Question 1
How did you turn a problem into a positive experience
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Lynnfield, MA)
Interview
Group interview to start then had a 1 on 1 with the store manager. I was applying for a seasonal position that turned into part time. Because I was interested in being a beauty adviser, I also had to complete a makeup application on an employee.
I've applied through indeed, the HR does the first screening, they first call you to ensure your interest. They then invite you to the store for group interview. You break into a small group of 5-6 people.
