I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (St. John's, NL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Process was pretty simple. They can tell if you are being fake so be genuine and do your homework about the company. There is 2 stages in the process. The first one is more than likely a group interview so make sure your answers really stand out.
Phone call interview, in person interview with a supervisor, and then an in person interview with a manager or the store director. They are trying to look at your personality, see if you can connect easily
Tell me about yourself and why you want this job. Asked 5 questions total. Many of them seemed like follow-up questions to my answers to the first two. It was very casual interview
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Estero, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was very nice and the interviewer was very helpful. The interviewer asks very personal questions that allow them to see what makes you stand out from other applicants. They want very unique people to allow their company to be very diverse and accepting towards everyone.
