I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Houston, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was very long. Remember to be patient. The main thing they are looking for is someone with great work ethic that wants a career not a job. If you say to them " one day I want to have my own skincare line" or " I want to be a famous makeup artist " - you absolutely will not get hired. It costs thousands of dollars to train you to standards and they do not want you to quit
