I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sequoia Equities (Orange, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
First phase was submitting an online resume through the website. I received a call from the recruiter approximately 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. I completed the phone interview with recruiter approx 1 week later, and was then told I would hear back from the Property Manager for an in person interview. I went in for an in person interview with the Property Manager about a week after phone interview. The in person interview was very thorough and lasted about an hour. I then was scheduled for an in person interview with the regional manager a few days later. This was the final phase of the hiring process. The interview was even more thorough and we got down to the finer details of the company expectations, HR questions, and overall experience. I received a call 2 days later that I was chosen for the position, and they sent me out for drug testing. It was a long hiring process but very much worth it, to work for such an excellent company.
