Interview
The interview process for me consisted of 2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. It was the most painless interview process I have ever been through and a good experience. I'm not saying that the interview process was easy or that difficult questions weren't asked but if you are a true professional and know your job then it's pretty straight forward. If you are not a professional and don't posses the skills/qualifications for the position your interviewing for then you will be weeded out.

Interview
I applied through indeed and was first contacted through email. After a few emails and a phone interview, we set a time and date where I could interview on one of Sequoia's properties. I flew to Portland for the interview and, after taking a maintenance test and speaking with the head of maintenance, was offered a job.
