Weird. Very informal. There were 3 rounds. The first round was with us. The second one was with the CEO and was very odd and uncomfortable. He is off camera while you’re expected to be on camera and isn’t working, which was also very strange.
Felt like I was speaking to a complete bro in another state who knew nothing about the content I the questions he asked me. It felt redundant and like I was being asked the same question over and over
I applied online. I interviewed at Serenity Healthcare in Mar 2025
Interview
Overall straightforward - recruiter, then met with the business guy, then a medical interview. I enjoyed the conversations, they were all focused on how to support patients and the treatment options offered at Serenity, such as med management, TMS, and IV ketamine. It was helpful to understand the breakdown of how they use them, Mostly med management, about 20-30% of pts do TMS and ketamine just for crisis patients.
