During my interview experience, I found the CEO's behavior to be unprofessional and inappropriate on multiple levels. Firstly, his frequent interruptions and dismissive attitude towards my answers created a disconcerting atmosphere. Instead of actively listening, he seemed preoccupied, which made it challenging to articulate my thoughts effectively. Lastly, there were instances where the CEO exhibited a lack of respect for boundaries. He asked personal questions that were unrelated to the job, which not only caught me off guard but also crossed professional lines. Overall, these factors combined to make the interview experience more awkward than productive. While I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the role, I believe that a more respectful and focused approach from leadership would greatly improve future interactions with candidates.
