Interview
The interview prepares you for the job definitely. I did a virtual interview and then an interview person one. The virtual one goes heavily over past experience that makes you qualified for the job. The in person one dives into your character to see if you are a good fit. In the in person one, they make sure you can handle high stress, difficult patient, and tough job demands. They gave me a role playing scenario with dealing with a difficult patient and tested how I responded. I think it prepared me well for what was expected of me. It may be a more emotionally taxing interview that a regular job, but only because it is an emotionally taxing job and they want to hire the right people.

The interview process was very detailed. You can tell they really want to get to know you as a person and not just a resume because they asked a lot about my hobbies and interests. They had me do to interviews and meet with different people each time.
