My interview process with Serenity was AMAZING! I was interviewed by Madison and Patrick at the Provo office, and the way the completed the interview was incredibly impressive. They were so informative, warm, and professional, and educated me on the position and its importance while letting me know what the company is committed to doing to help their PCC fulfill their important work.

They asked me about how I would help a patient in crisis.
The interview was clear and positive. I felt like it was conducted professionally as well as the questions asked were relevant and demonstrated the “why” of their mission very clearly.
The interview process was very detailed. You can tell they really want to get to know you as a person and not just a resume because they asked a lot about my hobbies and interests. They had me do to interviews and meet with different people each time.
