Interview
I had a great interview experience with Serenity. I had applied originally for a Patient Experience Coordinator position, but after interviewing with Lindsay and Tyler I was offered the TMS Technician position as well. Lindsay, who is in charge of recruiting, went above and beyond to answer my questions and respond to my concerns. I had a call originally with Lindsay about the position, a virtual interview with Tyler, and then an in person interview and tour of one of their facilities. They responded to me in a timely manner and were extremely professional. In my career, I have never met people so positive and caring, and also were so professional! The environment at Serenity is so welcoming, and the people I interviewed with made it such a great experience. I just started last week and I am loving every second of it! You won't regret working here!

Fun and straightforward. Great recruiter. I had three interviews. One with a recruiter, one with the regional director and one with the center manager.
Straight forward interview but they are looking for the best candidate.

Interview
Job hunter beware: this company uses bait and switch tactics to bring in candidates for completely different positions. I applied for a the "Customer Service Lead" as posted on LinkedIn. As of writing this review, it is still posted. They reached out to me to interview for the position I applied to. During the interview, I was told I was interviewing for a completely different position with completely different responsibilities. When I spoke to the hiring manager during the interview, she had no idea what I was talking about. I was furious, but kept my anger contained. I had spent hours preparing for an interview for a position that does not exist and was hoodwinked into interviewing for a completely different position. If they have to use dishonest tactics to bring in candidates, then they are not a company worth even applying for. I sent them a message later on that day and asked to be removed from the list of candidates.

You interview with a large group of other candidates one at a time. If you pass the first interview, you meet with the reginal manager for a review and if selected, a recruiter contacts you within a few days. Was easy but definitely felt like a cattle call interview.
