The first screening was an Skype interview with an HR person. During the initial Skype interview, I was prompted to talk about my previous job experience and what I could bring to the Servco team. The interview took just under an hour, but the HR person doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in anyway. The second screening was a phone call with a few members of the marketing team. Fairly casual and the members were very friendly.
