The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Please stay away and do not waste your time. I am not sure why do they waste candidates and their time if they cannot even get back with the interview feedback. I interviewed twice with two different times and they asked me same question both times first time I wasnt able to solve completely and it was with manager. The interview went to until 1.2 hrs although scheduled for 1 hr . Discussion was good. But no feedback not even no. I emailed the recruiter multiple times. Second interview. Interviewer came 10 mins late. Asked same question. Solved in 20 min with running solutions obviously no time left for him to review or understand the solution as 5 minutes also went on intro and questions. Already told him start of the interview that we are late. Do we really want to do this now? What I understood they are not interested hiring and may be interviewing just to show numbers. Very disappointed that companies like this wasting time of candidates.
The process was straightforward: phone screen, meeting with the hiring manager, three more interviews with team members and department head involving technical and behavioral questions. However, at the end of it all, even though they said they wanted to proceed to hire me, they stated they did not (yet) have a budget/headcount available for the position and wouldn't be able to make an offer until next quarter IF they get the budget... so why were they interviewing for the position now in the first place? Frustrating to have spent all that time interviewing only to learn this AFTER the whole process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2024
