ServiceNow Senior Partner Marketing Manager interview questions

Had a very pleasant 30 minute interview with the recruiter for the role. Was all but guaranteed the job during the call, and was actually (semi-jokingly) asked, "When can you start?" after running through my experience. We ended by me agreeing to send over times to meet. I was on cloud 9, the recruiter was so nice to talk to and the role matched my experience well. THEN....a week goes by. I check in. I am informed the hiring manager actually does not want to talk with me for a second interview. Major bummer! I would happily interview again for another role as it seems like an excellent place to work, but the whiplash was pretty disappointing.
