I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Frustrating experience. Recruiters don't seem to care one bit about the application process. 2nd interview had to be delayed. Third interview also had to be moved a few days forward because the hiring manager at the time was supposedly sick. Then got a final interview. After 4 rounds of interview, I wasn't even given the courtesy of being told that I didn't get the position. I had to literally email the company back to ask what was going on.
I think it's ridiculous that by the 3rd interview, which is 2 sales managers for an hour long, that you can't determine if I was a good fit or not for the company. They also need to better organize who they choose as one of the hiring managers in the 3rd round didn't even let me ask him any questions because he had somewhere else to be. I get it's an employers market, and they have the luxury of choice, but we as applicants put a ton of time and effort into these. This process dragged on for over 2 weeks, taking up a lot of my time.
Absolutely no decorum. Would not recommend this company, and as someone who works around and knows many contractors, I will tell them to steer clear from this company given the lack of professionalism. Stay clear away from this company. If this is how they treat candidates, can't imagine what goes on internally.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in sales? They were fairly generic questions.
I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2026
Interview
Probably one of the smoothest Interview processes that I have gone through in a long time. Great communication throughout the entire process. Interview team seemed very pleasant to speak with and asked meaningful questions that made me think outside of the box.

Question 1
Why do I want to work at Service Titan out of all of the Tech companies out there?
Three step process. One included a role play with two managers. Last meeting was with director. It was a straight forward process, and they give you information prior to the role play to be prepared
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2026
Interview
Friendly, Straightforward, and quick for the first round of interviews. Clear explanation of next steps and required preparation for success in upcoming interviews. The interview process is pretty quick so time for preparation may be limited.
