I went to the Recruiter interview. I spoke to her. She said, "Great, I’m going to be scheduling next steps with the hiring manager." Great, I don’t hear anything back for two weeks. I emailed the Recruiter twice, and they did not get back to me. This is not the first time I’ve interviewed with ServiceTitan. The Recruiter not getting back to me only after I CCed the hiring manager is when I finally got rejected. Do better because this is the second time that your Recruiter (other time was your head recruiter)has never sent me a rejection letter and has lied to me about making it to the next steps.

Process took 2 weeks. 2 Phone interviews. I interviewed in person and got a job offer a few days later. The culture of the company was everything I was looking for and more. Very friendly and hard working environment. I felt right at home! The interview process was thorough, professional, and transparent.

The interview process is very funny. I was interviewed by their recruiter which lasted about 20 minutes, she was huge on my resume and felt It was an automatic fit.
They clearly forget to mention one important part of the job description "IF YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE US, YOU WON'T GET THE JOB/ in-person INTERVIEW". Seriously, I have been contacted by their recruiter on several occasions, but once my Linkedin is viewed I quickly receive a rejection letter.
