The interview was casual. It was me, the office manager, and one of the managers. We discussed my past work history and how we went about managing our projects. Why I thought I was a good fit and my availability. I told them about my goals moving forward.

Discussion based, questions about my experience with multiple projects in my profile and with my experience with multiple projects that have helped me to be able to gain experience. Questions about estimating and project management scope of work and job site scenarios.

The interview process was very normal and formal which includes resume review, initial screening, one or more interviews, possible assessments, and ends with a job offer after background or reference checks.
