Straight forward interviews, in person with manager and via Zoom with franchise owner. Both interviewers were friendly, open to discussion, and were able to answer my questions about the role.

Conversational with exiting Manager (staying in new position) and Owner of Franchise. Questions were direct to skill sets and application thereof, with some behavioral questions to cover interactions with subordinates and peer managers. Was very easy to determine the focal points expected by the employee.
