Submitted resume through LinkedIn, and was literally contacted immediately, for a phone interview. Phone interview was fairly standard (walk me through your resume, etc.). Was invited onsite shortly there after. Onsite interview was a round robin, with a few key managers. Setting was pretty relaxed (as is the culture at SevOne), and I felt welcomed and attended to the whole time. Decision was made very quickly, and I heard back from the team within two days, with feedback and offer.
