I had 5 Interview rounds, It started from Corporate HR - Recruitment Team. We discussed for an hour and the recruiter promised they will touch base if Leadership approves my Resume. I got a call later after 3 weeks and from there on the process was smooth. I had all my other rounds in 2 weeks time. One of the things they asked me to do was to come up with my 90 Day Business Plan. I guess this is now a standard practice across many organization.
