It was a set of interviews. First with the HR Associate the with the Section Manager. The whole process took about 2 weeks. They will conduct background checks and ask questions that will surface your motives for changing work and how you could help the company or the department succeed.
I have an unpleasant experience with their recruitment process. Recruiter gave an instruction for the online assessment and once done, initial interview will be facilitated. Recruiter has an uninviting atmosphere throughout the interview and lot of her questions are misleading. S/he will keep on repeating the questions if my response are different from his/her desired answer and doesn't taken into consideration that organization has different processes so answer will vary on the candidate's experience and current practice.
