First round of interview was a normal conversation. This was followed up by a second round with a role playing exercise. That was followed up by a mock email that you had to send out. Never heard anything back after the mock email was sent out so just got the point I didn’t get the job. Was told the role max pay was 50-55k a year. Found out afterwards from others I know who interviewed that they were offered 75k for the position. While I really liked the company, and it’s mission, I took it as a sign that I dodged a bullet.
