The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sharebite
Interview
Interview was consisted of preliminary call with basic questions about your experience and in depth run through of your resume. Second interview is roleplay, third interview is with higher up, and 4th interview is with a random employee. Entire process felt so natural and easy - great conversation & no doubt in my mind I wasnt getting an offer! Last interview with an additional employee to discuss the day-to-day of role and it was so awkward it was just ME asking questions about the role which I did. They did not seem interested in speaking to me. Once I received the rejection email, I was shocked. Tone of the email correspondence completely changed and I asked for feedback, was given that they wanted more- even though we discussed ALL of this the entire FIRST interview! Waste of time & got my hopes up for nothing!
I applied online. I interviewed at Sharebite in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process is great. You have a discovery call, followed up by a role-play interview, then there are two calls with other AEs. If they have doubts, they might have you interview with a sales manager.
