I was contacted by a recruiter at SharkNinja US, they reached out to me because they felt I would be a good fit for a position they had available at their Canadian headquarters. We agreed to set up a time for a phone interview and the individual never actually called me. I would have expected at least a courtesy call cancelling. The whole situation lacked professionalism and was a waste of my time.
