Had a preliminary interview with someone in HR that went well. She raised some concerns when she mentioned that on boarding new employees isn't going well and work-life balance is poor. Arranged a second interview with someone in the specific department but she never called me and didn't have the decency to apologize or give an explanation. Seems like the company has some serious issues with company culture.
