Short phone interview, then followed by completing and presenting a design challenge to a couple of teams by video call, and then an in person interview where I presented some of my existing work and the design challenge again. The design challenge was a big scope of work that took many hours to put together, and the presentations for it were 15 minutes followed by Q&A. Despite remaining in constant communication with them after the final interview, I did not hear that I had not received the job for 4 weeks, and only then via an informal phone call. I still have not had formal confirmation from the company or any feedback for why.
