It was a pretty standard interview process. An initial phone interview, followed by two in person interviews as well as a personality test. The test results were reviewed and discussed as prt of the final interview.

What are three things about you that will make you successful in this role?
Interview was pretty straightforward and there were no surprises. We discussed my past experiences as a CSR and leveraging AI for cohesive responses that met our team's acceptable framework. First was the recruiter call and then spoke with the hiring manager. Did not move past the discussion with the manager.
