The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SharkNinja (Needham, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Informal and improvised. I assume talent management had little involvement regulating the interview framework. It seemed like each team member was shooting from the hip when asking me interview questions
Had an initial interview with HR that they forgot about or something and hastily reschedule. Then a second interview with the hiring manager to talk about the role and my experience. It was weird, they didn't seem super interested in the product line they owned. I never heard back from anyone on the status of this role or my application.
Very nice team, efficient and allowed good access to understand the company well before proceeding through rounds of interviews. Nice offices in a good location. Panel interview was rigorous but very fair and friendly.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SharkNinja (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Super fast to get an invite for a screening. The screening call itself was OK, however the interviewer seemed disengaged and intimidated when speaking about compensation (to which mine was a lot higher than they could offer). This was very off-putting so I knew instantly I wasn't going to proceed with the process.
