Was offered an interview relatively quickly after the online application. I found it pretty strange that the HR that interact with you are interns, not full time employees. It also seemed like everyone who worked there were noticeably young (new graduates).
It is uncertain if there was only one round for my position as no next steps were mentioned during my interview. The interviewer asked about my resume and how I would handle hypothetical situations.
It has been weeks and have not heard back from them.
The ghosting seems to be a common occurrence based on other intern experiences too, even for those who got the offer. Overall, not the most structured or professional interviewing process.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SharkNinja in Jan 2023
Interview
Long and Winding Interview Process. Did not stick with dates that they had agreed to have decisions made by, was told that I was first choice for a position in writing, then was not chosen for that position and then a few weeks later, was offered a much lower position in the company. The interviewers really did not even know what the position and position duties were supposed to be and HR team was unprofessional. Interview process took 3 months.
