I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SharkNinja
Interview
The hiring manager reached out to invite me to an interview. During the interview, the hiring manager cuts in the middle and let me waited online for 20 minutes to finish the interview.
By the end of the interview, I was never been asked if I had question for the company and the team, instead, the hiring manager commented directly " I have a very high standard for people who work for me, You are very unqualified and can't do this job. If I have an entry level role would you be interested?"
I politely said not considering entry level role at this point with my 5 years experience. The hiring manager commented "OK the job market is tough now, do you know how many more experienced candidates resumes I got since posted this role? You can't find any senior role now. " And then she hang up the phone call,
This is the most disappointed and strange interview experience I've ever had. Hope no any other candidates will be humiliated like this.
