There was a sign in the gas station for an open interview for salespersons and supervisors for Nov 22nd. I went to the open interview and only needed to fill out a sign in sheet, was asked if I had already put in an application online, and was quickly brought back to be interviewed, which only took a few minutes.

When have you had to make a quick but important decision?
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
