I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sheetz (Zebulon, NC) in Oct 2012
Interview
My initial perception of the Sheetz culture was as a customer. I enjoyed the environment whenever I needed more than a fuel purchase. After I applied for a position online, I went into the location and spoke with management about my application. I received a call within a day or two to go in for an interview. I was offered a position right away. My start date was delayed for 5 weeks due to a tragic family event, but the offer remained open. Not many businesses will hold a position for a new employee, so I'm proud to say I work for Sheetz.

Question 1

Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
