First I had an hour long interview with a hiring manager that was really pleasant and informative. It was more of an opportunity for me to ask questions. On another day I had an hour long behavioral/technical interview with a software engineer. Again, the interviewer was very friendly and asked standard behavioral questions about projects I've worked on. The technical was relevant to the product.

I had an interviewer who looked really nervous the whole time. He had only been there a few months. When I asked about the stack and what they were doing, he would say things like, "Yeah. We might do something kind of like that". He didn't ask me anything really substantive until within the last 10 minutes. At that point, I got some SQL syntax very slightly off and he looked annoyed. After that call, I got completely ghosted. When I sent a follow-up, two of the people who were on my original email thread had responses indicating that they had left the company. What a weird experience.
