The phone interview is quite a lengthy process but the interviewer had such a good spirit & energy which made me quite calm. Overall the interview took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. Read through their website and keep in mind C-A-R (Capacity, Achievement, Relationship) when answering the questions.
The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.
The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,
