It was a very pleasant experience form the very word go. Shell recruiter contacted me over the phone informing me of an opening and that my profile was a match. There after the process took around 3 to 4 days as we had a weekend in between my profile submission & the subsequent processes. Around the 5th day the recruiter called to inform that I would have a telephonic round at a given date & time The interviewer called promptly at the said time. The entire call process was beautifully managed & conducted. The questions were polite and not probing. His main intention was to find out my knowledge on testing and the life cycle. I got a call the same day a couple of hours later informing me that I had cleared the first round and am short listed for the second round which was a F2F round at the Shell office The face to face round was an amazing experience. The panel was very polite & asked me question pertaining to my work. The question pattern was very much focused on finding out my abilities as a testing professional and my attitude towards work per say. There were lots of questions aimed at finding out about my fitment in the current organization culture and I was very impressed at the professionalism of the panel I got a call after 3 days from the recruiting HR congratulating me on on clearing the interview process & informing that I will be receiving the offer shortly
