I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Shell (Bengaluru) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied through a referral . got a call from HoD after 20 odd days of application. A 30 mins of telephonic round which was mainly situation based technical questions.
Got selected for second round F to F interview in Bangalore. Hr guys were very polite and professional.
Shell is a process driven highly competitive organization. Shell is very critical and particular about the security and safety.
Face to face final round was very well organised. 2 guys were there for the 1.5 hrs technical session. Post this I started the behaviour round which was mainly CAR oriented. This round was also like 1.5 hrs. Overall great positive experience . Irrespective of the final outcome as the result is still awaited.
I had also given another interview with a company which is listed above shell in fortune rankings but the they missed professionalism and proper system.

I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Shell (Jakarta) in Feb 2018
Interview
Very disheartening and disappointing. I was contacted for a final interview. They were promised that the interview will be held on February, fast-forward, up until now there' s no interview. The HR itself does not know what happened. It's big mess and very disappointing for a company whit this calibre. HR should not have contacted the person if they can deliver what they promised.
