Recently I was interview for the position of supplier delivery management. It was an amazing experience overall. Interview process started with a consultant giving me a call informing me that my profile is being considered for the position of supplier delivery management with Shell. A detailed brief about the job was given. Once I showed interest in the JD, few basic question related to my work experience, education background were collected by the consultancy. I was informed that the profile will be shared with the recruitment manager and if shortlisted will revert with the details of the interview. Within a week received call from consultant informing that my profile is shortlisted. I had to attend a telephonic interview with the recruiting manager. Interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. Telephonic interview round was for about 30 minutes and is all about my previous experience, challenges and how I faced them. Four days after the telephonic interview, I received a call from Shell HR informing that I had cleared the telephonic round and had to attend a face-to-Face interview. HR informed that she will revert back once the interview schedule is confirmed. After a weeks time received call from HR informing about the schedule for the face-to-face interview round. Interview was scheduled within 1 week. Once I confirmed my availability on the proposed interview date&time, I received mail from the HR will all the details related to the interview. HR also shared the a guide on how to prepare for the interview, different rounds of interview and what the interviewers are expecting from the candidates. I was scheduled for 2 rounds of structured interview. The interview is all about SAR questions and interviewers wants to understand how you handle the situation with specific examples in your experience. Over all it was an amazing interview experience.
