First you need to reply to a lot of emails within a very short period of time. Then, immidiately, you got to reflect on the job you have done. Be as critical as possible to yourself. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shell in May 2024
Interview
The case study was an extensive deep dive into multiple companies, analyzing their strategies, operations, and outcomes in detail. Each section presented unique challenges, from interpreting complex data to understanding diverse business models. Despite the effort it demanded—hours of research, critical thinking, and problem-solving—the process was incredibly rewarding. It not only expanded my knowledge but also sharpened my analytical skills and provided valuable insights into industry practices. By the end of it, the sense of accomplishment made every difficult moment worthwhile.
